We just know you're going to love it! We want you to be completely satisfied and enjoy your purchase. In the unusual case that you find an item not up to your quality expectations, please return the unused item. Please return any item within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. We'll be glad to make an exchange after we receive the item. After 3 days we'll be glad to exchange your merchandise for anything you want. The merchandise you want an exchange for should be equal to or higher than the original merchandise you first purchased. Merchandise with free shipping does not qualify for exchanges.
For exchanges, you pay for shipping the item back to us and pay the shipping for the new exchanged item to be shipped to you. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with tags attached and with original receipt are accepted within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. We cannot accept open or used garments, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer. Please allow up to one week for processing. Ship the item back to us along with its original receipt.
Item must be returned in good condition, in original bag (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit. Failure to follow all the above-mentioned instructions means no credit.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please provide reason for return. We only accept exchanges for certain clothing only. Merchandise listed below won't be eligible for exchanges.
Ineligible for Exchange:
- Clothes with rhinestones
- Body Care (including: perfumes,soaps,shower gel,etc.)
- Gift Items
Online Purchases Returned By Mail:
- Pinay Shopaholic reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
- Items returned without a return authorization number or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
To return your online purchase by mail, please. follow these steps:
- Email us using our email form located in the CONTACT US or EMAIL link in this website to obtain a return authorization number.
- We will email the exchange form along with the return authorization so you can ship it with your returned merchandise.
- Ship your merchandise via LBC, AIR21, 2GO, or JRS Express.
- We are only able to issue an exchange on merchandise received at our fulfillment center & only after carefully checked to make sure there's no signs of wear, tear, etc.
- Once an order has been placed we will contact the buyer to arrange the payment(s) through whatever payment method the buyer has specified when completing the order form. The process of payment will be described in detail in the order confirmation that the customer receives.
- Item(s) will only be given/shipped to the customers when items have been fully paid for and verified by Pinay Shopaholic personnel.

- We accept layaway/reservations but definitely no credit (UTANG).
- For an item to be reserved under your name, a 25% down payment is required within 1 week of the order confirmation. We will accept 1 week reservation period only. If you fail to settle your down payment/payment, we will cancel your order(s) with or without your notice.
- Reserved items are considered sold.
- Full payment is due within 1 or 2 months of the initial reservation payment.
- No extensions are allowed on reserved items.
- The buyer forfeits the down payment on items that are not fully paid at the end of the 1 or 2 months reservation period.

Pinay Shopaholic transfers merchandise from our distributor in USA to our storage facilities in Mindanao, Philippines. The merchandise is then distributed from the storage facility to our customers by individuals from our storage facility. In some instances such as, when merchandise is purchased by customers outside of Tagum City, domestic shipping & handling may be used to deliver our merchandise to our customers. All our items are in good condition. We are not held liable for any damages, lost & stolen packages during shipment. Areas outside Tagum City requires handling fees. The handling fee is PHP 100.00. FREE Shipping & Handling when you purchase PHP 3,000.00 or more worth of merchandise.
Our typical method of transferring merchandise from the distributor to the storage facility is freight. Therefore it can take 2 months or more for our merchandise to go from the distributor to the storage facility. Items will be sent when a full load of merchandise is available for shipment.
We do provide our own delivery service for customers in the Davao area for a low-cost. Shipping via courier or postal service may be utilized to deliver our products from the storage facility to our customers. The customer assumes the responsibility for any charges incurred for the delivery of merchandise which means you pay for the shipment costs of your order. Freight charges depends on what courier you choose and the weight of your orders.
If a customer makes a request for a specific item that they would then like to be sent via international airmail they may do so at the customer's expense. The cost of the item(s) and shipping must be paid for in full before the item(s) will be shipped. We offer expedited shipping for minimal price so you can get your merchandise within 2 weeks!

Items Pending Shipment
Items that are Pending Shipment are currently in possession of Pinay Shopaholic but are not available for sale or reservation at the time. Items such as these are awaiting transit to the holding facility where they will then be available for sale and reservation.
Items Out of Stock
Items that are Out of Stock are merchandise that have been sold or are otherwise no longer available for sale or reservation.
Our merchandise can be placed on reserve for our customers if they are willing to put a down payment on the item(s) to reserve it in their name. The down payment for our products is 25% of the total cost of the item(s). A down payment is required to put items on reserve. No exceptions will be made with this policy.
